Robert Tumminaro

Robert Tumminaro is an Attorney with extensive experience in criminal and traffic law. Licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2011, Mr. Tumminaro represents clients in a broad range of criminal and traffic matters, including speeding and other traffic violations, Driving Under the Influence (DUI), drug possession charges, and serious felony offenses. He also represents clients in formal and informal hearings before the Illinois Secretary of State regarding driver's license reinstatement. Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Tumminaro served as an Assistant State's Attorney with the Winnebago County State's Attorney's Office, where his assignments included traffic, misdemeanor, felony traffic, and narcotics prosecutions. He also served as Assistant General Counsel for a commercial real estate developer, where he handled commercial leases, zoning matters, and contract negotiations.
